Christine Connolly

Christine has always been an enthusiast for health and fitness as well as being passionate about helping others.  She has always found a way to integrate fitness and wellness into her work and daily life.  She has been teaching since 2008, and has specialized in working with Multiple Sclerosis patients, the elderly and teens. Certifications include:  AAFA Certified, Power Pilates, 200 Hour Yoga (RYT), Youth Fitness, Nutrition and Reiki Master.  Christine teaches Pilates, Yoga, Total Body, and Bootcamp classes.
