Currently available classes:

Vinyasa Yoga Flow - Yoga poses and sequences designed to enhance strength, promote balance, and muscle symmetry. Yoga Fit certified Penny Hagan teaches this dynamic Yoga class for all levels.

Core Connect - Designed to introduce key concepts and movement patterns to progress you safely and effectively. Learn to initiate movement from your core, perform exercises with alignment and breath, and continue to progress and benefit from a strong supple core.

Total Body - Flowing movement designed to increase strength, flexibility, and develop a strong center. Mats, weights, balls, and bands will be used to energize your body and ease your mind.

Open Mat - Never taken a Pilates class? Maybe you have taken a few classes but still unsure of the Pilates Method? Do you take Pilates regularly and trust the method (knowing you will benefit from the order and flow? Come and enjoy Pilates Mat Class

Intermediate Mat - Experience is necessary. Designed for those who have a strong foundation in Pilates and an interest in adding more choreography, distal movement, rhythm and flow.

Pilates Essentials - The perfectly balanced fundamentals of Pilates: concentration, control, centering, precision, breath and fluidity. Practice engaging your powerhouse (core), strengthening what is weak, and lengthening what is tight. Learn to move with strength and fluidity.

Sallyoga - Combining breath with meditative flow postures while safely instructed to create structural alignment in the body. Sally McAlpin’s classes allow the student to release held tensions while gaining strength and flexibility. This mindful practice encourages students to remain present in the body, relax the mind, and cultivate a deep sense of well being and awareness.

Power Pilates - Power Pilates is classical Pilates at its best. (Called Power Pilates because of the school of teaching we follow at bodytrio.) Learn to incorporate (word missing) in your movement- the key principles: centering, control, concentration, fluidity, precision, and breath, while having fun and changing the way your body moves. Safe and effective for all levels.

The True Pilates method - for core strength, spinal flexibility and mobility. Teachers - Sergio and Christine St. John

Kid’s Yoga (ages 8-10) - Kids have a natural curiosity about their bodies and how they move. We enhance that curiosity and deepen their understanding of the movement through: playful yoga postures, stretching, breath work, and balance work. A great class for all types – I am strong but not flexible, flexible but not strong, interested in learning a new way to move, and learning how to calm and/or intensify your own movement.

Yogalates for kids (ages 11-13) - A combination of Yoga and Pilates to develop balance, flexibility, and core strength. A compliment to any sport as well as effective cross training.

Teen Yoga (14+) - Designed to help teens connect to their inner strength (a missing piece in all sports, dance, and activities). Yoga postures, orthopedic stretches, abs (Pilates), breath work and and introduction to meditation.

On The Ball - Stability Ball for all. The ball is a great piece of equipment to get you stronger – faster. The unstable nature allows for balance training, strength work, and fun/effective core work. Balls of all sizes for all heights – just you and the ball!
