"I was skeptical at first thinking Pilates etc. to be more for women than men and I didn't really believe Donna when she said I would notice a difference in just 4 - 6 classes but I'm a total believer now! Each class feels like getting a deep-tissue massage without any of the pain. Whoever originated the "no pain, no gain" expression clearly hadn't been introduced to pilates or Body Trio! I love the core-connect approach and the way Donna and others cater to each individual's needs while in a group setting. It's a fun supportive environment that actually works! I feel better, stronger, more flexible, toned and this after just 1 class per week. While it may not be focused on weight loss, I've dropped over 20 lbs. in less than 6 months - nearly 10% of my body weight - and without the usual pain, drudgery and sacrifice typically associated with getting in shape.
