Overview
Total Body Pilates uses the Kinesis Balance Board and a Naboso stability ball to challenge your coordination, strength, and alignment in a dynamic, full-body format. These props target your core and stabilizers in ways traditional mat Pilates doesn’t, creating a unique combo that amplifies results. While the props are highly recommended, they are not required—though there is no other product that will accomplish what we can with this combo.
