It’s one that improves flexibility—the ability of a muscle to lengthen. This can be achieved through static, dynamic, or PNF stretching techniques, but the real progress lies in how they’re combined.
Each class includes a proper warm-up, time under tension, breath-work, and the use of fun, effective props—all layered together to create real, lasting results.
