A Classic Bodytrio training methodology that keeps the focus on the core, while working the total body with these popular formats (Yoga and Pilates).  Begins with foot work, a dynamic 3D Warm- up and a special blend of Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork, and Balance layered in. Think fluidity, joint friendly and complimentary to all the ways you move. Supportive modifications and information delivered throughout to make these classes a "Move~meant Experience".
