About the program
LIFT is a 20-minute, weight lifting, bone-building, energy-boosting workout. Each class focuses on a few key muscle groups, balances opposing muscle groups, and incorporates quick recovery moments to complement your strengthening with lengthening.
This 6-week program gives you access to 4 class times per week—you choose the 2 that work best for you.
If you don't want to commit to a full 6 weeks, you can drop-in to LIFT class to experience LIFT on your schedule.
